1. Shipping Areas

• UrbunRoots currently delivers within Kanigiri, Prakasham, Andhra Pradesh.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately
• We plan to expand to nearby regions gradually.
• Delivery is available only to residential and commercial addresses; P.O. boxes are not serviced.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
• Orders received after the cut-off time may be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Delivery is made using our own fleet or trusted courier partners.
• Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days depending on your location and product availability.
• Express Delivery (if available): Same-day or next-day delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and order value.
• Free delivery may be offered for orders exceeding a minimum purchase value (if applicable).
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas or bulky orders.

5. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, a tracking number (if using courier) will be provided via email or SMS.
• You can track your order status through our website or customer support.

6. Delivery Instructions

• Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number).
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time.
• If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, items may be returned to the hub and re-delivered (additional charges may apply).
• If delivery fails due to absence or incorrect address, the order may be returned, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Handling Perishable Items

• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery) are handled with care to maintain freshness.
• Delivery may be restricted to specific time slots to ensure quality.
• Customers are advised to inspect perishable products immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 2 hours.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

• UrbunRoots is not responsible for delays or damages caused by unforeseen external factors (traffic, weather, courier errors).
• If an order is lost or damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.
• Claims are resolved after verification, and replacement or refund will be provided.

9. International Shipping

• Currently, UrbunRoots does not offer international shipping.
• Orders outside the specified delivery areas will not be processed.
