• Creating an account is mandatory for placing orders

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• Urbun Roots is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to your negligence
• The platform reserves the right to disable, suspend, or delete accounts that violate guidelines or appear fraudulent.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Urbun Roots strives to ensure accurate product details, images, and descriptions, but minor variations may occur
• Prices may change at any time due to market fluctuations, promotions, or stock availability.
• Discounts, offers, and deals are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
• In case of pricing or listing errors, Urbun Roots may cancel or modify affected orders.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
• You will receive confirmation once the order is processed.
• Urbun Roots may refuse or cancel any order due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Inaccurate pricing
  • Payment issues
  • Delivery limitations
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Bulk order requests may require additional verification.

5. Payments & Billing

• Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other approved digital modes.
• All payments must be completed before dispatch unless Cash on Delivery is offered in your area.
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
• For refund cases, the refunded amount will be issued through the original payment mode only.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery slots may vary by location, product availability, and operational capacity.
• While Urbun Roots aims to provide timely delivery, actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather, or logistical delays
• If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, items may be returned to the hub and re-delivered (additional charges may apply).
• Customers must verify items upon receipt. Any issues must be reported immediately.

7. Product Quality, Returns & Replacements

• Urbun Roots ensures strict quality checks before packing and dispatch.
• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damaged or tampered products
  • Expired items
  • Incorrect products delivered
• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Non-perishable items must be reported within 24 hours.
• Replacement or refund decisions are made after verifying the issue physically or through proof (images/video).
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

8. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel orders before they are packed.
• Urbun Roots may cancel orders due to operational constraints, stock shortages, or suspicious activity
• Refunds (if prepaid) will be initiated for cancelled orders.

• Misuse discounts, offers, coupons, or referral benefits

• Attempt to bypass platform security systems.

• Urbun Roots ensures secure handling of data but is not responsible for breaches caused by external cyber-attacks beyond reasonable control.

• Delays caused due to external factors (weather, strikes, transportation issues).
• Losses due to improper handling or storage of products after delivery.
• Damages arising from inaccurate address or user-provided information.
• Unavailability of products or technical issues with the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• The platform is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites.

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
